Monsoon Coming................

India's southwest monsoon, is expected to hit the mainland in the next 3-4 days, according to a meteorological department statement issued Monday. "The conditions are becoming favorable for onset of monsoon over Kerela during the next 3-4 days," it said. India's southwest monsoon usually arrives at the Kerela coast by June and covers the entire country by September. The meteorological department has predicted a "near-normal" monsoon for 2008
