Corporate News Headline
•Infosys reported Q4'09 results, total revenue rose 24% yoy to Rs. 56.35 bn, and net profit increased 29% yoy to Rs. 16.13 bn. (BS)
•Tech Mahindra has raised Rs. 8.75 bn from debt securities to help fund the acquisition of the beleaguered IT firm. (BS)

Economic and Political Headline
•The Domestic air traffic declined by 12.22% in the first quarter of calendar year 2009, compared with the same period last year, and by 16.21% in March when compared with the same month last year. (BS)
