Question by vball babe: How to get back to previous fitness level,with injury.? Ok. I'm 19, not overweight, or anything but i have "visceral" belly fat, and I know thats not healthy. I have played sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball,etc. my whole life. Usually middle of the pack with speed, leg/core strength etc, lower end with upper body strength. My problem is, that I injured my lower back pretty badly in college volleyball, but as I got forced off of the team, I did not get it checked out by the trainer or a doctor.This has happened before, but I can usually start gradually getting better, even as I play.But this time I hav
