Caution for Cruse Oil

Profit booking or coorection can be seen in crude oil, so be caution.

TIPS FOR DAY TRADERS

TIPS FOR DAY TRADERS

1) If you are getting profit then please do book your profit first. Do not wait for more profit.

2) Do not wait or keep any trade more than 1:30hours. First book the profit or loss & then do new trade.

3) If advance Shares are more than Decline Shares then never make short position.

4) When you see that Numeric of Decline Shares is increasing means”GIRNE WALE SHARES” on that time short the position in Nifty.

5) Many times I saw that, only on the basis of day Trade Shares or depends only on Future’s Window short or buy position have been done by many Traders. But if sellers stand in more numbers then do not do any short position, first do wait and watch the shares rate & now do your position short on Higher Level Rates. Same as above if Buyers stand in more quantity wait for some time & when rates of the shares are coming lower, on that time you just buy.

6) If any Shares & Future Scripts do trade up to the 10 minutes of Crucial Point, that time should be buy & book the profit on R1-R2. When you are going to short the position do trade down to the 10 minutes of Crucial Point (According to below) & book the profit on S1-S2.

7) Always keep stop loss on Crucial Point.

8) If any Shares do trade on the 5DMA then be buy on that time but first see Crucial point.

9) If any shares do trade under the 5DMA, just do short the position but first see the Crucial Point carefully.

10) Never over the position for any greediness.

11) Do trade only depends on your capability.

12) Your money is only yours, don’t turn it into loss.

13) Safe & profitable trading is that should be do 1 or 2 trade only in a day & if you are getting profit of Rs. 500/- to 1000/-, you can hold this trade or you can keep it for Delivery base.

14) Please listen & watch carefully that whole profit is not only for yours.

15) You cannot catch Higher Level & the Bottom Level, so please be carefully always.

Note: If you will do trade according to these above tips, you will never take any losses in future.

Empee Distallaries

Buy Empee Distallaries @161 target 250 ... it has isssued shares @400/- and got oversubscribed 28 times in december

Empee Distilleries is developing part of its 20.88 acres freehold property located at Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram District, into 12.23 lakh sq. ft. of residential space and 3 lakh sq. ft. of basement. This project was approved by DTCP in March 2007 and hence eligible for deduction under Section 80-IB of the Income Tax Act. This would make the company eligible for 100% tax exemption on the profits to be earned from development of this property. The project has 840 flats and estimated selling price is around Rs.2,850 per sq. ft. in addition to realization of Rs.1,000 per sq. ft. for basement. Considering cost of construction and development of Rs.1,500 per sq.ft., this would translate into a profit of Rs.195 crores which would get realized in the next three years by September 2010.

The company hopes to have a topline of about Rs.1,100 crores with PAT of atleast Rs.48 crores. Of this PAT, realty division would give Rs.12 crores, IMFL Business Rs.32 crores and Power Rs.4 crores. This would result into an EPS of Rs.25 for FY 08, ending 30th September.

Empee distillaries had issued shares at Rs.400 per share, which is now ruling at Rs.162, discounting FY 08 earning by about 6 times and FY 09 earning by about 4 times. Due to strong visibility of earnings for the next couple of years, the share has huge upside potential.

Empee distillaries is now expanding capacity its Tamil Nadu Distillery from 20 KLPD to 70 KLPD with capacity to handle 5 lakh cases per month, from present 3.20 lakh cases per month. The company is also setting up 60 KLPD grain based Distillery with capacity of 8.40 lakh cases per annum at Nellore in A.P. and a distillery in Karnataka for 12 lakh cases per year. This would give presence to the company in all four Southern states.

SEIBI PERMITS TO LAUNCH “REAL ESTATE MUTUAL FUNDS”

SEIBI PERMITS TO LAUNCH “REAL ESTATE MUTUAL FUNDS”
Stock Market regulator SEBI on Friday 25/04/2008, finally notified
the amended guidlines for “Real Estates Mutual Funds”.
All Mutual Funds can launch real estate schemes. But, if a corporate
is looking to launch such
product must posses & show
proof of 5 years experience in
real estate business. The
guidelines also suggest that the
Assets of Real Estate Schemes
be valued every quarter by two
v a l v e r s . However, net
asset values (NAVs) may have
to be declared on a daily basis,
since these schemes will be
close ended and listed on
r e c o n g n i s e d stock exchanges.
Retail investors now can invest in
Real Estate as an estate class,
which has a low co-relation with
equity & bonds and enjoy the benefits of asset class diversification.
They can now invest in real estate space with as low as a few thousands,
which previously has been preserve of HNIs with deep pockets.
SEBI has mandated that 35% of the Net Assets of the scheme should
be invested directly in real estate assets. The rest may be invested
in mortgage-backed securities, securities of companies engaged in
dealing in real estate assets or in undertaking real estate developmet
projects and other securities with overall limit of not less than 75%
of the net assets of the scheme.
SEBI has also imposed caps of investments in a single city, single
project & securities issued by sponsor or associate companies.
So, the investors have change to own a real estate with small amounts,
in line after “INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDS” and previously introduced
“REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUSTS (REITs), a new asset class
of ‘REAL ESTATE MUTUAL FUNDS’.

HSBC - Currently the Indian crude basket is above USD 110/barrel and if these levels sustain or
move higher from here, the impact on the trade deficit will be significant. Our estimates
show that the current rise in crude basket (since Feb 08) has a potential to add USD 2
billion to our monthly trade deficit at current prevailing oil prices of USD 125 /barrel.

Sensex heavyweights attracted selling pressure on weaker Asian markets while REality stocks lost ground after RBI government remarks on interest rates. Markets had an uninterrupted run last week rising from 4925 levels to reach highs at 5170. The indices could move in a ranged manner and dance to global tunes but stock selective action would continue for this week. The levels of 5020-5025 are support zones while a move over 5160-5165 could take the indices higher to 5200+ levels for the day.
