Morgan Stanley raised its overweight position on global emerging market equities to 6% from 2% on Friday, its biggest upgrade in stance since August 2007. "Growth deceleration was much less marked in emerging markets in the first half of 2008. With some exceptions we expect this to continue," the broker said.
